1.模具庫布置在沖床后側(cè)，在沖壓生產(chǎn)線兩端分別布置上下模輸送線，在沖床前
? ?面布置自動換模臺車。
2.備模時，堆垛機從模具庫將準(zhǔn)備換的模具送到上模輸送線上。
3.換模時，自動換模臺車將輸送線上模具送到待換模的沖床上，并將換下的模具
? ?送回到下模輸送線上，完成沖床（單機）的換模流程。
